  We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. The street of the apartment is really quite and felt safe. She was really kind and helpful and she answered every question we had about sightseeing around the city. All the other members of the sta - We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city

  The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable.   I absolutely liked this guesthouse. The location is excellent and safe, and it is very easy to access hot spots by walking or subway. It locates between El Born and Barceloneta. The guesthouse locates in the second floor of an histrorical building and has 11 rooms. It feels like staying as a guest in an apartment, which I like. I suppose double rooms with balc - The staff were very nice and understanding. They kept my reservation even though my credit card had failed and there wasn't any chance to call my bank as I was in transit from Rome. This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week holiday in Barcelona, Paris and Rome. My family loved the place and wish we had discovered it earlier. Exceptionally clean and neat with modern decor. Loved the pictures at the reception.

  We only had one night in this hotel and then moved to a 5 star in the Port Olympic area. The location of the Colonial hotel was fantastic. Across the street is a fantastic local area full of interesting resteraunts and bars.
