Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Clean, convenient, value for money, the owner Vanessa is very nice and helpful - It' location was both good and bad. It is very central which is excellent although it is in a very very dodgy area. Very clean and excellent staff (very helpful).

Helena at the office was very helpful, she arranged for us to be collected from airport and safe storage for our bags on check out as we had a late flight. I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. A hotel with style located perfectly within easy reach of the old city, the shopping centre and the outer lying Gaudi cathedral and park. Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but
everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good,
roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the
underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus
tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas

apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2
