  Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Very good location, walking distance from the main sites in the city. Friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast. On a quiet street but still not far from restaurants & bars. The rooms are indeed a bit small but this was not a problem for us.

  Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. - Nice location close to the town center. Friendly personnel, though not speaking English, only Spanish.

Somehow the presence of the citchen was not stated either in the description of the room or on the photo of it.   Location and staff service are excellent. We had some medical issues while in Salamanca and everyone did their best to help us out. The hotel is in the very heart of town. - The location of the hotel is superb. Friendly staff.

  Wonderful location, right in the old city, only steps away from the Plaza Mayor and the University, where I needed to be to attend a conference.   Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful, available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms... co mówią ludzie » . Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. - The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

  Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and our room was fine with a small balcony. The position was perfect with Plaza Mayor being about 5 minutes walk and brekky was very reasonable.
