  We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would de... co mówią ludzie » fintely book another stay again and again etc..! - The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.
