  Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

  The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. We were at the front of the hotel, so we had a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift, essential for people like me who have difficulty with stairs. Our room was really modern and exceptionally clean with a balcony overlooking las ramblas. Excellent value for money, especially as we got one large room for four of us.   Clean rooms good shower and airco,but I missed the fridge. 50 mtrs from the Metro - A good deal for the budget minded. Great location. Helpful staff. Clean room - smallish and bare but not too bad. Shiny new and clean bathroom. Breakfast (basic) is now included.

  Realy liked our stay at hostel flores! Especially the location is exelent! Superfriendly staff, very helpfull! The hostel is located on the ramblas just next to the famous market la boquerilla! You can stop by the market for a juice or fresh fruit! The hostel itselve is a very clean, neet hosel. Alsow pretty important during our stay( it was 38degrees) a good airco - We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is extremely clean and located at the best place in Barcelona. At the middle of Las Ramblas, Just 30 meters away from La Boqueria market, And 50 meters from Liceu metro station. Compare to other hotels near by,It is defiantly value for money.

  Friendly staff (one man spoke Spanish, English and French), clean and large rooms, a good bed and a proper bathroom. Very good airconditioning (although you can't regulate it yourself, but it switches off at night so you don't get sick while sleeping). It was the best hostel I stayed in my Eurotrip. If you are in a budget trip. This is where you must stay in Barcelona.
