  Staff were friendly, polite. Was simple and easy to check in, no fuss at all. The place was spotless all the time, daily service of beds being made never disturbed us. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all, as there was a toilet, shower room and bath/shower room right outside our door. Amazing central location for the price, literally 10 seconds... co mówią ludzie » off La Rambla and two minutes from Placa Catalunya, made it really easy to get around (e.g. bus to/from airport from placa catalunya and metro so clo - The location couldn't have been any better for access to Las Rambla, bus stop, restaurants, and even a small market where we could buy water, drinks, snacks. If you like to walk, close enough to walk to beach and other sites in Barcelona. The shared bathroom facilities were never a problem; access to computer and printer a plus. Staff were all great to answer questions in English. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

  The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. Apartrment was clean and the agent met us at exactly the time specified. Maid came every day and cleaned and left clean towels. Excellent value. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was particularly good too. It is a 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop at Plaza Catalunya.

  The receptionists were very kind and friendly, I felt immediately like at home so my staying was exactly as I would that it be, relax in a quite place; Hostal Drassanes is in a good spot, not on a big traffic road, near to shopping for whatever you need, it's a very clean place with elevator, air conditioner, tv, wi-fi, bathroom in room. All I needed was a bed and an en suite with shower as I was attending a conference and eating out at night. I got exactly what I paid for. I could have stayed at the renaissance which was 9 times the price but why bother as I never use the facilities
