  Very good position close to the historic centre of the town. We booked a junior suite which wasn't really a suite, but a big room with a very big bathroom. Staff were exceptionally helpful.   Lovely hotel. The inside is much better than the outside. don't judge a book ... We had a good welcome from the friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the Plaza Mayor once you get your bearings.   We only used this guest house as a one night stopover and therefore was not able to use the facilities available. It is a lovely modern property and we were made very welcome but left to our own devices as the owners live off site. We think it is an excellent place to stay if exploring the city and district. Especially good for a family stay.

  The mananger and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with establishing our internet connection and the manager was very helpful fixing the problem for us.
