Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent;

Quality of room and excellant views - A wonderful luxurious hotel situated on a hill just outside barcelona. The view was breathtaking and so were the rooms. Modern and stylish backed up with excellent and friendly service - The staff were very helpful. The room was well designed and equippedwith a balcony and a good view. Food and facilities were good. Theservice was very attentive but sometimes the outcomes were a little'quirky'...however we loved it.

Definitely recommend this hotel to others. - The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious for 3 people and the bathroom was a mini suite, with seperate shower, wc and bath. It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers. Even when we slept in, somebody remembered to come and clean our room in the evening and they had spare adapters for UK and Irish plugs at the front desk. - very effiecient staff. wonderful room, great access

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -
