Friendly and helpful welcome by Fernando. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Five minutes to the metro station and to the city centre. Will gladly stay in the same apartment if our family visits Valencia again. -

Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities. Secure parking is approx 5 min walk away. Highly recommended would stay there again no hesitation. -

Apartment very clean perfectly located in a quite area between the cathedral and colon metro station. Very friendly staff and well equipped modern apartment. Beautiful walk around city with lots of good restaurants & coffee shops and it's a must to visit the Bioparc (zoo) & the aquarium+science museum.

We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and
kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well
equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact
our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were

Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings.
