We booked this apartment literally at the last moment: in the morning of
the day we've checked in. If we knew it to be so good, we'd stay
longer but unfortunately this was our last day on Gran Canaria and we
had a very early flight in the morning. It is ideal for the airport
(less than 10 minute drive) but the town of Ingenio is worth seeing too.

The location is 15 minutes by car from airport, you have to get car to visit the island and this location is in the middle of every direction , so excellent for my point of view.15 minutes to go to playa ingles and 15 to las Palmas city and so on, I totally raccomand the place if u like to go around renting car, bus also from airport can bring up

The staff were very friendly. It was 5km from the airport. I was on my
way to Malaga so only stayed one night but would stay there again. It
did look like it was newly refurbished. Very interesting decor. Going up
in the lift was a glass window with views of waterfalls sharks shells

A brilliant place for a stop over for two nights en route to Anfi Beach Club, Arguinenguin. We like the atmosphere, but we especially enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant at ground floor level. The breakfasts were also excellent. - Welcoming and professional

Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see. Good service! Nice to stay in a town without a lot of touris

The Hotel is great for people like us who had rent-a-car and who were traveling around the island all day. The rooms are clean. The owner said that we had room cleaning every 2 days and the lady that was cleaning the rooms was right on time every second day. we had all we needed in the rooms and the kitchen was fairly good supplied with appliances

Jesus the owner was very accomidating. There were some issues with my credit card for the advance booking, to which he replied, just pay when you get here. Upon arrival he had stocked the refridgerator with some orange juice and bottled water. Finally when I asked where the laundry facilities were he just took the laundry and did it for us.
All of these things were above and beyound what I would have expected from a budget apartment. The stay was more like a hotel stay than a rented apart
