  We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... co mówią ludzie » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Cango Caves were a lot of fun as was the Safari Ostriches. - Lovely location with stunning views of mountains and farm land. Very large and well appointed room.

  Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend.   This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat.   Very hospitable, we were immediately invited to join the braai! Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast.Would certainly plan to visit again. Convenient placing to visit Paarl and adjoining winelands! - What a lovely stay, the staff were friendly, exceptionally helpful and made every effort to make our stay superb. What a beautiful place.
