This is a excellent property in every way. We stayed in a room with a private entrance and small terrace overlooking the garden. It was a treat to wake each morning to the sounds of birds in the trees and sun filtering through the window. The room was well appointed, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Manaar House is definitely one of the best places to stay in Durban/Umhlanga. We stayed there for three nights in the self Catering Apartment. As a couple with young kids, it was an absolute dream staying at Manaar House as it was so kid friendly that our kids did not want to go out because of the toys provided in our section of the house! They had so much fun & were so comfortable and as parents, that mattered most to us. The views from the kids rooms were phenomenal & they absolutely loved it!

St. Lucia is an amazing place. Little Eden made it really easy to enjoy - their staff are friendly, always happy to help and willing to bend over backwards for you. The accomodation was lovely! We stayed on the top floor and enjoyed a stunning view of the Estuary and Ocean every morning. One night, we even had a hippo wander into the garden - amazing to see - but a little scary at the same time.
