  Loved the room & the restaurant, so unusual...retro, vintage, glam....gorgeous. The bed was a novelty for us, we had to climb up into it! Had a DVD library we could borrow from, which was great. Breakfast was possibly our favourite of the whole trip....good choice, great quality.   We arrived and were promptly met by Deon, even though he just had a new baby! He catered to us even though he was busy! We booked the Milkwood suite and a budget double, and he upgraded the budget to a very nice suite. The rooms were good sized, had fairly large refridgerators, and huge bathrooms.   The person on duty came out at one o'clock in the morning to let me in. I was given a breakfast woucher for Spur which was great value as I was on a budget.
