  The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived late long after the office staff had gone home. The rooms are designed for self catering, very modern and rather chic. Its walking distance to local eateries so you don't need to drive. Guiet, ellegant, clean, neat, high standard house keeping, every equipment in working condition and of great quality. Warm welcome by friendly staff. Great bedding etc., infact everything was superb.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
