Guesthouse is beautifully decorated. The staff were most attentive and
did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We couldn't have
asked for more. Amazing breakfast. Such care is taken over small

The Windsor Hotel was the perfect location. It was close to all amenities and we could view the whales from our room. We had to leave early on Sunday morning and at 04h30 the night watchman let us out and gave us our packed breakfasts which were wonderful. The friendly and helpful lady who looked after us made our stay a happy
one. She called the whale watching company for us, without being asked,
to check whether our trip was cancelled because of the weather, and was
able to recommend a good place to eat when we arrived late the first
night. Nothing seemed too much for her. -

Newly built hotel and very modern and clean. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).
Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc).

This is a gorgeous guest house. Our room was so confortable and large, it had the best bathroom I ever experienced in a hotel with 1 big bath and 2 fantastic showers! Ina, the owner was very friendly - like the rest of the staff - and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, service beyond expectations. We loved it.

We stayed for only 1 night. Upon arrival, we were provided advice on the best way for whale sighting.
On that winter night, the owner also brought us hot water pack which really helped to keep us warm.
On the next day, my husband fell sick. The owners were very helpful. They gave us medicine and provided the direction to the nearest pharmacy. -

We visited several cities along the garden route (as well as within the near Kruger), but hermanus has something special. 'a city' fantastic. cliffs, beaches, mountains.
