With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. The hotel was ideal for a family as the fridge, kettle with beverages and sink plus microwave was a bonus as it made it possible to save on costs by not having to eat out and enjoy meals in the hotel, appreciating the views in the dining area. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me and i really got value
