The room was spacious, chic and comfortable, with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and the facilities (bar, pool, spa etc) were all very good. The location is great for exploring long street and other areas around there.

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

The hotel was situated perfectly for enjoying city life, the beach and in close proximity to the sporting event we had entered. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We absolutely LOVED everything about the apartment...location, staff inparticular "Solly"at the reception. He was very helpful in assisting us with whatever help we wanted. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. That was very much appreciated!

We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
