  Very friendly owner who cooks a lovely breakfast (included in the price). Very comfortable, large double bed. Close to the bus route to the Waterfront (note: cash not accepted - travel card required) and local restaurants. - Everything worked, the place, the people, the comfort and convenience.   Our room had extensive views of the sea. Sunsets in particular were to die for. The location was ideal for us. A great walk along signal hill to the V & A via the noon day gun. The facilities were outstanding in this boutique style hotel.
