We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

I liked the warm, welcoming feel of the place while at the same time enjoying my privacy. While the Guest House is situate in an old building it was developed 2 years ago so bedding, bathroom, air-con, TV (plasma screen) etc all modern & extremely user-friendly. -

The deck areas are amazing with great views over the city and harbour. Breakfast is also of a very high standard. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Exceptionally spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with a full range of facilities which (for the room I was allocated) including an en suite bathroom, full kitchen and private open air courtyard.
Friendly efficient staff (and two friendly lap dogs in the outdoor reception area).

Location is ideal - short walk to waterfront where there is a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Victor is very helpful and available by phone. Complex is very secure and felt safe even at night. Lovely, filly equipped apartment with balcony with beautiful waterfront views. Victor will arrange transport to airport at a very reasonable price if required.

This is my second time there now and stayed in a different apartment the second time around. The warm and homely feel to the apartment. I love the comfy cosyness.
