The hospitality, willingness and ability of the staff to help and assist in solving any of the client's challenges
Though had a short stay but I liked everything about the place
When I booked I actually wanted place very close to UCT, and was supriced of the distance travelled from my daughter who is in UCT. Initially thought its a walkind distance, but anyway have no regrets
The place was beautiful and ver comfortable. The serfice was great and employees very friendly. I felt like at home having a luxury hotel's facilities.
Bit far from city center.
All was well. The landlord and his wife were friendly and competent. I also liked it to have been able to book online.
very comfy, good breakfast, easygoing staff and good facilities (sauna, gym, pool)
a bit noisy from the street during the day
Very comfortable room and well appointed. The food is very good and there is great attention little detail and quality
No dislikes
The owners, Brian & Julia as well as all the staff were excellent could not do enough to make our stay fantastic we felt home away from home, my daughter cried when we left, breakfast excellent and dinner fab.
Could benefit with a heated pool for those cooler days
Everything was superb from the crisp white linen, scrumptious breakfasts, service was excellent and the staff were always willing to assist with restaurant choices etc. Will definately recommend Wild Olive and the location could not have been better so close to Newlands Stadium, Cavendish Square and close to Constantia wine farms.
Nothing
Friendly staff Homely atmosphere Good breakfast
There was no secure parking available on the premises so we had to park on the street... near a busy intersection in a less than upmarket area Noise from other rooms Street noise from the intersection
Very nice staff and welcome.
Difficult to go out at night... Especially with a child so we had to order diner in the room or stay at the hotel.
