Staff were exceptional, the chap that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel like special guests.
We stayed in a club room, with a really comfy bed and lovely shower room with a view out over the city. The club benefits were well worth the extra, enjoyed drinks on the club level in the evening and watched the sun set.
With the MRT station (a tourist pass was cheap and took us too the airport on leaving) shops and restaurants it was easy to settle in, though taxis are also an easy

The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

Room size, grounds round hotel, assorted facilities, shuttle service, on site convenience shop, good value for money. However, this hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the City. We were aware of this and it was good to get away from the City for a change however some guests were not aware of this.
