We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

I like our stay at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore.. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful!!!! What ashamed we only got one night stay in Singapore, Room and location were really comfortable. Will definitely choose Fraser Residence Orchard again for next trip in Singapore. -

Unobtrusive but responsive service. Two bedroom suite was just right for our family and reasonably priced compared to the nearby expensive hotel alternatives. -

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. - We can open the windows, the breakfast, the cozyness and feeling of warmth from the teak wood furniture and floor, the outlook of the building and the location. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.
