Staff very friendly, keen to help, Great breakfast. Had a family room very spacious and booked the Orchid club lounge benefits which were well worth it. The reception staff made a tiny error the booking in process and upgraded us immediately. Very nice thank you.

What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall.
