Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.

Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine. In case you do not have smart phone there is PC near reception and you can print your boarding pass - all for free as well. Excellent spa facilities. The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the
walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc
on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and
spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I
booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.
