Very clean. Cosy hotel. Parking availability. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff.
AWFUL coffe at lobby. Also I didn't like that during a breakfast you can't take coffe or tea by yourself-only by waiters. Internet is free of charge in rooms, but they give you a pass, which you need to type everytime you trying to get new acsess session.
I'd like the location. Very close to tverskaya and metro station. Staff were very kindfull and helpfull. They gave me the map of the outside of the city center.

There isn't a shower plate, but a tub in the bathroom, not very comfortable
The location is excellent. The hotel is situated in the historical center of the city in the walking distance from many tourist cites. There are a few cafes and restaurants located in the same block with the hotel. Don Pedro restaurant adjacent to the hotel has an outdoor terrace, a great place for an afternoon drink or a night cup. It is open 24/7 providing a great option for those suffering from a trans-Atlantic jet lag.
It's a bit of a hike from the nearest subway/metro. There was no kettle in the room. When asked, we were told that kettles are only available in the "luxury" rooms, but when insisted, a kettles was provided - thanks Stanislav for making it happened!

Very quite place in the picturesque back streets of Moscow center not far from Tverskaya street. Free parking. A lot of high class cafe/restaurants around.
Quite expensive.
