excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend -

Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. Very clean. Cosy bar. Metro is 3 min walk and gets you to the railway station in 1 stop. Perfect hotel for a city trip. -

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! students, and our dorms were located in old Soviet apartment blocks; so

A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.
