  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.   Actually everything was good, but what is the most important is early check-in allowed. We arrived early morning around 7 a.m., and we were glad that staff invited us to stay at the lounge area to wait check-in hours. It was very kind, and lounge area was very comfortable. Three key points for me: 1)On the same building there is a russian school so if you come to moscow and want to study a bit of the language is perfect. 2) every bed has 2 power socket.
