Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow...
Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat.
Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise.
Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the
walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc
on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and
spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I
booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.
