  Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10. Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo... co mówią ludzie » sphere. Oh, and the price of approx. £110 per night was fair for central Oslo. The only complaint I have is about the couple who sat at the breakfast - When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

  wystrój całkiem niezły - I found the staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly and the standard of rooms and the hotel in reneral to be first class - quality breakfast, great location, very helpful staff, everything looks very stylish and cosy - great weekend getaway!
