The staff were just excellent, they went out of their way to be helpful.Extremely nice rooms, with kitchen and comfy beds, free wirelessinternet, and in the morning a nice small breakfast with freshly madesandwiches, brownies and hot coffee. The staff were all really nice and helped us out booking show tickets, etc. The room and hotel was immaculate...by far the best I've ever stayed in. Coffee, kettle, microwave, oven, pots/pans and washing machine was a nice surprise.

I have trouble getting around and the Oslo Apartments were very central.
Every single t Bane line stops at Toyen, and the T-bane station was a
very short walk away. Also, very good market at Toyen, and the hotel
room offered kitchen facilities. Finally the price was affordable and
allowed me to make this trip. We had a problem with the first room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good size and the kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were like clouds! It was also very nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. The parking garage was nice because they closed the garage door nightly and you had to go through the lobby to access the garage. I felt safe leaving the rental car in there. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall we had a good 5-night stay at Gruner. Better than expected.
The girl who received us was really nice, and aswered well to all my questions. We had no problems with CHECK IN, I enable my mobile for international calls so after three times dialing the wrong numbers I finally reached them. Easy. Good LOCATION, not in city center but central.

These apartments are a bargain! Renovated, clean and spacious...
Not very big bedrooms, but really big beds! Great temperature inside, hot water always running.
1st night we stayed, our credit card crushed and had no money to pay the hotel. She accepted a little upfront from one of our other cards, and was patient enough to wait till next day that we received money from Greece and paid... The apartment was well decorated, with all appliances you need. Balcony and a shared terrace was a plus for the "lucky" weather conditions we had. There is a child's playground in the garden and a supermarket right below the apartments. So we've been able to cook at home. Detergent for the dish washer and the washing machine is given - no need to bring your own. Recommended for long stays for leisure or business.
