  It was in a perfect location, quiet but near enough to walk to all the main attractions. The hotel had a lovely ambiance, very traditional with friendly staff. Our room was perfect for us and our young daughter with lots of space and a nice extra bed. I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline. The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings. Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.) Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of Oslo. I contacted the hotel in advance of my arrival, asking for a room with a window towards the street. They responded - Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.
