Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. My daughter and I loved Smart Hotel! Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay - so friendly and welcoming, Will be back! xx

I like the concept: a luxury hotel room with a kitchenette. Good bed, with enough cushons to get cozy. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good size and the kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were like clouds! It was also very nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. The parking garage was nice because they closed the garage door nightly and you had to go through the lobby to access the garage. I felt safe leaving the rental car in there. I highly recommend this hotel!

There is a big choice: ham, cheese, sausages, bacon, eggs, scralmbled eggs, jams, very good bread, fruits, yoghurts etc. The room is comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is decorated in a modern way so many things are plain but nice at the same time. - The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses, trams, and subway. The staff is available 24/7, pleasant, and accommodating. Free internet access on a computer situated in the lobby was a plus. Free coffee/tea machine in lobby also a plus, although none in room. Breakfast was excellent, with new weekend hours 8-12. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.
