I Liked the assistance when I arrived late and was unsure where to go. I liked meeting the other guests. I liked that a drink was available even though I didn't have time for it. Nice staff, comfy furniture. The place was clean when I arrived and I was impressed that the pots and pans were truly clean...not just rinsed off. 24 hour access, cheap in price, but clean and tidy, close to airport, only need a bed and bathroom, perfect for that.

Location is OK, but "Airport" Motel??? 6m5 km far away from Airport? My transfer didn't come properly, so I walked for 1h20 min. I liked that it was close 2 the airport.. n the staff was pretty good.. close to airport shuttle bus available quiet room. We liked the cleanliness of the facility. Organised trip to airport in the morning. Friendly. The rate is not expensive. clean. As a female traveler it would have been nice to know if anyone else was expected in the dorm room I was in. It was just a uneasy to not know if I should be expecting a male to enter while I was sleeping. Arrived at 1.15 am, had to be out by 10am, which is standard, but does not work for my work, as i had to hang around in my cr until next evening. As i arrived that late i did not get to use the room much. Other wise out by 10 am is reasonable, but not for arrivals after midnight. No oven, or bbq facilities. The name it should be called the urban turban backpackers not kiwi airport backpackers. No kiwi's on the island. -The other staff in the morning was alright but looked pretty often as they would be a little anoyed, angry or just had a bad day. -too less dishes (cups, cuttlery, etc.). Ah the fact that our car got stolen the night we stayed.. only a bottom sheet, no top sheet dirty dishes were all over the kitchen. We didn't like that it advertised linen provided when it is not sufficent being given 1 bottom sheet and a small thin blanket that didn't even cover a small person (perhaps you could change you wording of linen provided). We were also told and confirmed by phone, confirmation that the shuttle to the airport was free, but we were then charged $5 each. No bedding just pillows. The front desk staff didn't refund me my deposit when I handed over the key, and I was in a hurry, totally forget. Later, I emailed them with no response so far. extremely slow stressful.
