This is a really cute B&B in a good location in Mt. Eden in Auckland. It was very easy to get here on the bus from the airport, and it was walking distance to Mt. Eden and also to downtown Auckland (if you like to walk). The owner is so nice and friendly, and she made some very helpful suggestions. They even let me arrive early and leave my bags in the main room while my room was being prepared, and also brought me a cup of tea!The room was comfortable, I appreciated having a heater and a h. wszystkie opinie »
Loved the fact that everyone was so helpful, room was ready even
though we were early, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was adequate
and nicely presented. Great position on the bus route into the
city /Parnell/Newmarket/st Luke's . Would return ,
many thanks.
We had a car & the place was easy to find, had free parking with easy access to the city. It was very charming & comfortable, the staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed it so much we went back - it felt like coming home.
Stayed there 2 nights on a Saturday & Monday.close to one of our Auckland friends home. It's very clean and spacious.Breakfast is great if you have both a hot & cold breakfast,it's very filling.Would stay there again.
Great location near Mount Eden and Dominion Road and convenient to city center by bus or walk if you like. Nicely decorated house and cozy furnitures. Ulrike and his husband and Lisa are very welcoming and hospitable.
Comfortable, nice staff, located in quiet area. We got a welcome letter at the time we arrived the B&B and we left quiet early in the morning and they prepared breakfast for us with a sweet note.
Great hosts and a great location, only 10 minute walk to Eden Park. Had free internet and a nice communal area. Very nice breakfast too, would be happy to stay again but would ask for a quieter room.
Very god homely place in a residential area of Auckland yet not very far from the CBD, Very good breakfast, Very helpful people a good place to spend a couple of days or maybe more....
Friendly staffs feels like home,
Delicious breakfast :). This is so far the best place during our trip to NZ.
Value for money, Fit for purpose. Actually it exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again. :).
Very pleasant, excellent for the budget conscious traveller. Safe and secure. Nice comfy simple room.
Comfortable place and quiet location, though there are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby.
Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Lovely sunny deck in nice garden. Very obliging and easy-going.

Good location, not expensive.
Price.
My wife and I stayed in the Bavaria Bed & Breakfast Hotel. The best
that I can say about it is that it was ok. The room was satisfactory but
not very appealing – a bit run down. The breakfast was ordinary, with
not very much choice of cooked options (actually the choice was take it
or leave it). The location was reasonably convenient, but not
particularly close to anything that was of interest to us. For the price
we expected something a little better. We would not stay there again, or
reco.
Nothing, this was a very positive experience.
In room 1 the bed butts onto the front door jamb...you hear everyone
coming and going.is it possible to relocate the bed to another wall?.
our own fault:left behind full size & full Shampoo & conditioner! (to be nit-picky)The bed in room 5 was more comfortable than room 11,which my partner felt a bit uncomfortable because he could feel the electric blanket cords on his back! I was too tired to notice, it's alot softer though. But compared to other places I've stayed this place is wonderful!.
No.
Was in one of the rooms next to the entrance and I was woken by the sound of people coming up the stairs and the front door slamming a few times. I would recommend asking ask for a room nearer the back.
Nothing.
Would be nice to have a small tv in the room but it's not an essential, just an observation.
It was all good!.
Our room smelled a bit musty upon arrival. Open windows helped. (We were to be in an upstairs room but arrived with too much luggage and therefore were given an unintended downstairs room for which we were grateful.).
no TV in the bedroom.
Old bathroom.
Nothing.
leaving early...
can't think of a thing!.
Nothing just loved it.
poor internet facilities.
A bit of Bavarian rudeness in the service staff.
The facility in this B&B is quite old, and obsolete. Room is small,
furniture just meets min. Requirement. The sound insulation is sucking.
The worst is the wireless connection, I don't understand why my
(and my wife's) devices were automatically disconnected almost
every 2 minutes.
