Five Star Delight
We have just returned from the best stay we have ever had in Haarlem. When you make a hotel booking you read the reviews, the pros and cons, and then make your choice. We choose “Bed and Breakfast L'Anders”. This is a small 4 bedroom place with the rooms above the restaurant facing onto the beautiful square.

We had the most pleasant experience and never wanted to leave but had
already made arrangements to move on. The room was spacious and very
comfortable. We were given the room that overlooked the center and It
was discussed that if we were to return we would stay for an extended
time. You can take the public transportation to the surrounding cities
if you wish to. What a wonderful experience we had. We would like to
thank all the people there that welcomed us and treated us like family.

Beautiful interesting village, we stayed here on our way back to the ferry in Amsterday and spent the morning in timeless tranquility examining thou countless venues (houses) showing art and photography. Fantastic location just round the corner from Centraal Station, was easy to find - its basically above the Resin coffeeshop. Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. was value for money. All the facilities were excellent and the location
