  I was a great experience staying at the Grand Hotel the rooms are very nice, It is in great location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were great and so was the food. - Beautiful, pristine new hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast was very good.

  We arrived late at night and expected to find a normal, run of the mill, hotel, but instead we were surprised to see a number of old buses, cars and a tram in the car park, and a wonderful collection of items inside, ranging from models of ships to type writers and sewing machines. Not sure why others had difficulty finding it, as instructions given were quite clear. Nespresso machine & drinks in mini bar containing 2 of the following drinks coke, beer & water) were provided for free which is an added bonus.
