  I loved the food at the restaurant, very delicious. The 25% discount was a great bonus, as well as the discounts on drinks. Our room was really cool and the art everywhere was very interesting. The location was awesome and the staff was friendly & helpful. The best part, in my opinion, was the music. And even some pretty designs -- that's saying something for a hostel! Bar seemed good too though I didn't get to join that fun.   Everything was really nice - room had new furniture and everything was nice and clean, bathroom also was very nice. The beds were huge and it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean with good bathroom facilities and widescreen TV. Breakfast was a continental style hot and cold buffet, which was of a good quality.

  The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel. Each floor has a slightly different design, and each space is unique. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were exceptionally helpful. Before I arrived I had to request an invoice. I also requested a room with a double bed, towards the back - Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere! This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

They also have a Sunday late checkout which was AMAZING and made our trip that much more pleasant.
