I have never been to more romantic place than this. You can have a glass of good wine on the terrace in the evening and watch the full moon reflecting in the watter just 3 meters in front of you. In the morning you can spend ages by waking yourself up by a mug of hot coffee and feeding the ducks with bread and you will have the feeling you can nearly touch them. The hotel is at 3-5 minutes walk from Metro Station(Station Zuid) and Train Station(Amsterdam zuid), so you will get very fast to the Airport(10 min) and to the city center(20 min)
The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is placed in a business zone, so it is very quiet and spacious .
You have lots of places to have breakfast at the metro station, don't buy the hotel one that it is very expensive(23 euro/person). Also, at the hotel you have free coffe/tea maker in the room.

Very easy to use hotel.
Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged.
The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story.

This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :)
Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help.
All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

3 night stay - Hotel located very close to Metro line - station can be seen from the hotel - so if you are travelling by car, just leave it at the hotel and travel by public transport to the city center. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day.

The owners were very helpful and kind, and carried our heavy suticases up the narrow stairs. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a useful kitchen filled with appliances. There was a great view of the canal and it was very quiet. A few minutes walk to 2 different tram stations which made it easy to get into the city's central locations. I would recommend it to my friends.
