  komfort, miła i życzliwa obsługa - I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excell... co mówią ludzie » ent staff and room. The hotel wasn't so full so they put us in a better room than we had asked for, for the same fee. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10
