We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. The breakfast offered a good choice and it all seemed fresh enough,

city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to
places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class
food and drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were more than
happy to help with anything. They had good quality bikes you could rent
for 24 hours if you were so inclined. There was a very diverse clientele

I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round. Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on.
High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment.
Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
