They seem to bewilling to go out of their way to help. From the moment I arrived atthe station at Amstel to when I arrived to the hote , they guided meall the way through. - Staying at the Hotel Aalders was very enjoyable. The staff were professional, personable and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, it was more than we expected. We were very happy with the location as one of our main interests is visiting museums. We would definitely recommend Hotel Aalders and would stay there again.

At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.   Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.
