The interesting location in the medina - this was our first stay in a riad and we weren't sure what we'd get! Once we'd found it, had a warm welcome from the proprietor with the obligatory mint tea and pastries, and parked the car we were well settled in. Our room was clean, and comfortable, with separate bathroom, and toilet, across the corridor

The owner was an amazingly helpful woman. I arrived at night with a very early morning departure and had no time to get to a bank machine or get dinner. She organized a taxi and let me pay on my credit card and made me a fantastic tagine! This is a great ryiad! Merci!!

Beautiful traditional Riad (town house) in historic Kasbah. Centred around flower-filled courtyard. Gave a genuine flavour of the Moroccan way of life, close to mosque and shops and cafes used by local people. Convenient for train station and airport. Owners friendly and helpful. The staff was great, friendly and always smiling.The premises were clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was quite an assortment of pastries, yogurt, coffee and tea. The beds were the most comfortable of all the riads we stay at in Morocco. I felt at home and very comfortable.Even got my laundry done by the staff. I really appreciated all the help and assistance from the staff and owner. Great place to stay at again and again. I highly recommend Riad El Maati.

Wonderful, elegantly decorated Riad in the centre of Rabat medina. The Riad is huge and nonetheless there are only few rooms, so it never gets busy. The place is furnished in beautiful mix of moroccan+modern design...I liked it a lot. There is a spacious rooftop where to have breakfast, which, by the way, is really good. The staff prepares something different for breakfast everyday and the guy even ran out to buy eggs because we had asked some. It's also quite easy to find and located close to

We stayed at the Riad Marhaba for five nights, Amine greeted us and even came to the car park to negotiate with the attendant. Both he and the attendant took us and our luggage to the hotel.The hotel was beautiful, the room was spotless and cleaned everyday. We could not have had a better host in Amine. The Riad is in the Medina with all the quirks of the area, narrow streets and alleys. However the maps given to us and the help we got made getting about very easy. It is only five minutes walk
