We visited during winter and there were very few guests, which allowed dinner to be served in front of the open fire. Perfect location right next to the old mellah and the palmerai.

  Great facilities, lovely pool, billiard and cinema, great outdoor area and above all wonderful host francoise and Michel, who were helpful and made it all very easy for us. We had travelled a substantial time through Morocco and wanted to splash - One of the best hotels on our 20 day trip in Morroco. I mostly enjoyed the creativiness (hope that word exists) of the design of the construction. I believed it was an abandoned Kasbah reconstructed. The room is very smart and cozy. Totally worth it.

  We were looking for a comfortable place in the roses valley and read the reviews on Kasbah Chems, particularly on the fact that guided hiking could be organize from it. Since we arrived, the service was excellent. We loved our dinner and Said made us feel like at home. The 5 hours tour for the valley was beautiful.   We stopped in Taroudant en route to Essaoiura from the desert. As it happened, it was our one cloudy day in two weeks but despite the dank weather we ventured into the Medina city. It's only small, unlike sprawling Marrakech and provides a better reflection of ordinary Moroccan life. The receptionist was very welcoming and - A wonderful Riad with most beautifully and individually decorated and very clean rooms. Based on the very good description and fotos sent by the Riad after booking, it was very easy to find the Riad. All the staff, especially Ben, are very friendly and kind, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the wonderful little pool (which they could use even late at night). We would recommend this Riad to everybody.
