An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We spent two nights in a double room of this hotel with a special offer from letsbookhotel.com. The hotel is not far away from the city centre (less than 10 mins by car/taxi) but good enough to let you away from the chaos of the medina.
Within 3 minutes, I drove to a nearby shopping mall, Almazar, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket, Carrefour.

The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

This place is a little palace, all is beautifull decorated and our room was comfortabel, clean and well cared, there were even bathrobes.
Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality.
He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco.
We didn t used the swimming pool because it was a bit too cold

Riad Puchka is the real deal if you want to experience authentic medina life! It is a bit off the beaten track, in real morroccon living quarters, yet still a comfortable 10 minute walk to the djemnaa square. it is a safe neighbourhood ( we're 2 women travellers)The riad itself has wonderful rooms,-(only 4, which means privacy and quietness) the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice break from hot summer days.

On my arrival I realised my credit card had broken, Michael (the owner) took me on his motorbike to his bank to try sort my problem.
