Extremely well looked after. Very professional, very relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was delightful.
The location is a bit hard to find first time (but the Riad will arrange a taxi to collect you, if you want). But once you have been shown the walk back from the Souks, it's easy. It costs more than many other Riads - but it is a cut above the others.

Faisal the evening manager was a true asset. He even came out to meet us late at night when taxi got lost. The owner marcus was also friendly. Overall the reception was warm. The handout with information on the hotel was useful. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
the only disadvantage is one that affects probably all riads in marrakesh. Taxis cant bring you directly to the door. It is a 5 min walk from the drop off point with a few turns and junctions you must take note of.
Extremely great staff and beautiful riad
It was hard to find location and could easily get lost. Hotel personnel need to guide you out to the medina center first.
A very tranquil oasis in the midst of the real Medina, an experience we shall not forget. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Faysul was an exceptionally good host, his welcome was always warm and wide smiled and genuine. Zamzam was beautifully restored in traditional Moroccan style and was very comfortable. When we were back at the riad we spent most of our time on the roof terrace sipping mint tea supplied by Aziz and listening to the call to prayer. If we were to stay in the Medina again we wouldn't hesitate to choose Zamzam.
It wasn't so much that we didn't like it but walking through the Medina, away from most other tourists at first seemed a little intimidating, but once we relaxed and accepted it for what it was we really enjoyed our walk back from the souks and the main square, through the twisty turny alleyways returning to our luxurious oasis. Staying within the Medina is certainly an eye opener into other peoples lives.
