We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

He not only showed us how to get around when there was no need too, but went on a Sunday to get me medicine when I was ill was always on hand to help, patient, considerate. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us.
