  While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it. We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. When leaving we found the amount had been added to the bill due to the cashie - I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny We will definitely be going back, Amine
