The apartment owner, Jadranka, is a friendly and kind hostess who made us feel very welcome. She even gave us delicious homecake cakes, coffee and fruit during our stay. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in a contemporary style. It was well equipped, though a couple of useful items were missing, like knives and a chopping board. Jadranka (the lady who owns/runs the apartments) was really lovely
and very welcoming. She kept apologising for her English but it was good
- she answered all our questions and gave us good instructions! We had
been driving all day so it was a relief that it was easy to find and had
parking. The apartment was spacious, clean and had our own terrace which
was a bonus. It is a short walk to town and the beach so the location is
perfect for exploring Kotor and driving to other towns. 78 euros for .
Jadranka, the owner, is a delightful hostess (and cook - she bakes delicious cakes!) and the apartments are located just 300m out of town, overlooking the bay. We particularly loved the terrace outside our apartment where we enjoyed breakfast under the vines (accompanied by the neighbour's cat) with a background of amazing sea views each day. We also enjoyed staying on the edge of Kotor (only 5 minutes walk from the centre) which can get very busy and noisy with cruise-ship tourists on the main.
Jadranka our landlady was so friendly and hospitable. Every afternoon
she gave us coffee / tea and lovely homemade cakes. We had asked her
to organise for a local taxi to collect and return us to Dubrovnik
airport which she did. Next door to the house there is a butchers where
you can order fresh meats or fish barbequed at a very reasonable price.
There is a small grocery shop close by also. The view from the veranda
is fabulous.Kotor is a beautiful place to visit, Old Town less than
10mins wal.
I actually stayed by myself for most of the time until my girlfriend arrived 4 days later. Jadranka brought me home baked cake almost every day and Turkish coffee as well. Very convenient to restaurants on the waterfront. Also within walking distance to Grocery Stores and Stari Grad..Very happy with this place and would stay there again.
We stayed there for a few nights. Very clean room, with everything you need,a little to small, we had the one with the window looking towards a wall. The bathroom was a little small. The view from the garden is great thou and the owner very friendly and helpful.

I can't put it better than Noelle from Dublin. Jadranka was kindness itself, the apartment was well-located, a short walk from the old city, and clean and comfortable with a superb view, the supermarket and butcher were very close at hand and I couldn't have asked for more.
This was a delightful apartment well located within Kotor. It was clean, modern and well equipped and really good value for money. The owner provided some lovely personal touches like a glass of coke on arrival. First class experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Initially we booked this apartment only for one night, but we were so fascinated by this place, that we stayed there for 4 nights!.
Everytning was perfect, the host was very nice and welcomg offering us drinks and pastries, the location great short walk to old town, strong wifi connection
Great appartment (got upgraded with no charge), spotless, great ocean view. Highly reccomended.
Very clean, close to beach and old town. Local shops and excellent butchers who has an evening grill highly recommended. Staff at appartment very helpful, welcoming and friendly( she made us cake and brought us regular Turkish coffee!!).
The host, Jadranka, was very nice and welcoming. The apartment was clean and had anything you would need. The sea view from the balcony was great. The apartments are located less than a 10 minute walk away from the old town.

Everything, Jadranka is an amazing hostess, she spoiled us with cake, fresh fruit from the trees, and welcomed us with cold drinks. The location is great, minutes away from the old town , the apartments very nice.

A minor thing - the water wasn't very hot and ran luke warm very quickly. The solution would be to turn up the boiler temperature in the bathroom (it was less than half-way) but we couldn't figure out how!.
We had some minor issues with the electricity system early on, which kept tripping, leaving us temporarily with no power. It was not a big problem however and was resolved. The apartments are uphill from the town centre, and there's some short but quite steep steps involved, which may be challenging for people with mobility issues.
Space was a bit small but was expecting that.
Nothing, it was perfect.
There was a terrible smell that came from the shower. Water didn't drain fast.
