A non-refundable damage deposit of USD 49 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will cover any unintentional damages made to the property for up to USD 500. Check-in and check-out takes place at The Bric Hotel, located on Calle 28, between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue from 08:00 to 20:00. If guests arrive between these hours they will receive the keys and check-in materials. If guests arrive after 20:00 hours, security personnel will be waiting for them with and envelope with the guest's name, a map and the keys. A cell phone and charger will be left for guests in the accommodation. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome the guest and review the facility's specifics.
