Five star hotel a long way from airport & city centre.
Excellent rooms, great beds after all the rock hard beds of other hotels in Mexico.

The staff was excellent, professional and attentive. If there was an issue they were quick to resolve. The room was clean, modern and refreshing and the gym fit the bill daily. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Zocolo
and large parks. The large room had a bed, a flat screen tv, a work
space, and in the bathroom a toilet and a shower. And, of course, you
have free access to excellent WiFi. The rooms are quiet and it is easy
to get a good nights sleep.

The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet.
The staff reminded that the clocks were going forward the day before checkout which was brilliant otherwise I would have missed my flight.
There were some problems with WiFI internet access and my room phone but two staff sorted it our very quickly.

Excellent clean hotel. Great location close to metro and also for walking the city. The rooms are well soundproofed with very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a balcony in every room which has great sights over the city.
Would definately stay here again - great value for money.
